days past and present

well.. up till now, i still think saturday was the best day of the week. First was KBox to celebrate mingsing's bday, in which most people sang like once or twice into the mike, but other than that, it was basically the same people who did the song choosing as well as singing, but who cares? as long as it was fun and enjoyable. Enabled us to think of something else other than sch work or edb or anything else for that matter, it was juz... FUN!

Had to rush to Junction 8 to buy flowers for Kun Man and Wu Lei, and also cos we left KBox at the bare latest of 630pm, when dancenite starts at 730. mayb we shouldn't have left so late, but well, as mentioned above, it was fun! for Kun Man, we pooled money to buy a Sunflower, which was almost as big as Xiaoyu's face (haha XD) and for me, bought lei a rose (cos i had no idea wad she wanted anyways). Rushed all the way to sch, with Xiaoyu clinging onto Xinwei for dear life as she brisked walked on heels (haha, darn i feel evil). Finally, after the hour of mad rushing, we managed to reach the PAC on time.

After all that speculation about dancenite, i can't say that i was disappointed with the performances put up at all. =) the chinese dance SYF piece was beautiful and i think i can say it was the best piece of the night, followed closely by grafletti and the chinese dance j2 piece (forgot wad's the name of it >.<). Think almost every1 enjoyed it throughly, especially the dancers.. Its kinda a mixed reaction when u've performed ur last concert for ur cca, like half nostalgia and half sadness, but i think nostalgia won in the end.. (heh, at least that was wad i felt when i was in guitar in RI). Post-concert activites had my name totally striked out of them. Couldn't go for supper with class or wu lei cos my doggy at home was starving (but so was I!!), so i didn't have much of a choice but to head home. After everything was settled, talked till 1am over the phone, with it auto-offing like twice btw the conversation (dam irritating -.- i shold change phone soon. BAH). oh! and NADAL OWNZ!!

Sunday was drab. spent almost the entire day, from 930am-615pm at heex's house doing edb. almost 9 hrs worth -.- brain very nearly died after that. ernest, mingsing and xiaoyu arrived at heex's house after me in that order, with each person being even later than the first. at the end of the day, at least we were productive and managed to figure out most of wad we wanted in our report to call it a day by 6 (ernest left at 4 for some personal reasons =p) Isn't this fitting? a short summary of a drab day

Today, yet another drab day of edb, with ns checkup in the morning. Killer bus ride of number 57 from depot road to bishan took 2 freaking hours!!! sat on the seat till my butt felt like it was rotting or something. the best news when i stepped into RI and called mingsing? he said i didn't have to be there -.-" grrr.. anyway spent the rest of the day in the com lab doing random stuff, typing, editing, playing, etc. finally left at 6+ after work was allocated for people to complete by tonight (which somehow ernest got everything under his name, LOL).

Today, must be a hell day for bus rides. as if the 2hr ride in the morning wasn't enough, i needed to take another 45 mins to get home from sch, which is normal! but add in 3 hyperactive kids who keep talking at the top if their voices when u have a splitting headache is NOT COOL! i tried to tolerate one kid threatening the other two to cut them using a comb she was holding, and tolerate how the 2 boys were threatening to call her parents or something like that. and it carried on for 15mins NON-STOP!! pissed me off.. even the two guys sitting behind me tried to make 'shhhh' sounds to passively inform them that they were talking too loudly, but to no avail. so i asked them to shut-up, personally, in a nice way, "Please lower your volumes" and they finally quietened down for the rest of my journey to be in peace, with the occasional squabbling still carrying on, but at a much lower volume.

So here i m now, dunno why i'm blogging, supposed to be doing edb, but waiting for every1 to finish wad they're supposed to do, and i'm feeling dam sleepy, and there's a gigantic load of things due tmr, with bio spa tmr, edb presentation and report due wed, 3 best achievements AND math assignment due on thurs, i feel like i'm being bogged down. >.< ZzZzZzZzZzZzZz... did i mention i'm having a headache now? ZzZzZzZzZzZz...
