slagoon, not the shark =)

long long day...

well.. today actually started yesterday, when we all gathered at YiRui's house for our first (right?) stay over for the year. People started to come in trickles (like one or two at a time), but at least the number turned out decent - myself, ernest, mingsing, heex, bernard, thomas, kelvin, zhenghong, kun man, huiyi, julia (11 out of an expected 17 or so).

Dinner arrived at round 6+ and we juz sat around talking bout random stuff and we all ended up watching 200-pound beauty which i thought was a bit cliche but what to do? Most of these shows are... i ended up in the room playing random warcraft 3 maps while the rest were downstairs pokering their lives away. This started at like 11+ near 12, after the people who were going home already did..

At 3, Kel and i swapped places and he took the position in front of the com while i joined yr, ms and heex at the mahjongg table where we lasted 11 games (each person only had the chance to b the dealer once, cept of heex who broke the cycle in the last game we played). Played for 2 hrs till 5, while thomas and bernard were trying to sleep on the couch beside us, with things like 'chi!', 'pong!', 'yau zi', 'da bing' and all the random assortment of names that were picked up form yiding when we played with him last year. Juz a random note, NEVER play with yiding mahjongg unless u plan to sleep while playing it =p (hahahah.. no offense yd!)

All of us decided that we all cmi already at 5 went to various places to sleep - bed, floor, couch. however, it took the couch people juz 3 hours of sleep b4 they went up to the com room to re-start their day.. haha.. with the other people still degen-ed in it. every1 started waking up at random times with kel waking up and falling back to sleep at least 3 times and yirui's youngest bro attempting to kick mingsing's head as it was in the way (for some reason, thomas and i seemed to urge him on, muz b the lack of sleep).. haha..

As the morning grew older, i took up residence in another room and started to warcraft again >.< (think i've played like more than my fair share of games this hols already) and the whole stayover ended with heex and i fighting it out in 2 1v1 matches in which i came out top both times (though second one could have gone either way, so was kinda lucky =p)

We den all decided to travel to the far far away place of bishan to watch Ocean's Thirteen. Which i would honestly say is the BEST out of the 3 movies. Much more action, much more complicated stuff, much more fun.. HAHA.. that's one movie down and a million more to go.. Those who are contemplating whether to watch, STOP PROCRASTINATING!!! Watch it!

that's all from me for now.. studying tomorrow, should have been sleeping like a few hours ago esp with only 3 hrs of sleep for the last 48hrs. yawns...
